Cevalunor

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 12 January 2026

At Cevalunor we handle the personal data of our users with a simple principle in mind: use only what is strictly necessary, communicate it clearly and give effective control over that information. This policy describes what data we collect when you visit cevalunor.com, for which purposes we use it and how you can exercise your rights under the Argentine framework in force in 2026.

1. Data controller

The data controller is Cevalunor S.A.S., with registered office at Av. Corrientes 4271, 6th floor, C1195AAF, Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Argentina. CUIT 30-71892345-2. Companies Register (IGJ) No. 1,945,732, file 210,887. For any question about data protection you can write to privacidad@cevalunor.com.

2. Data we collect

We collect the data you voluntarily provide through contact forms (name, email, message) and technical data generated by browsing (truncated IP address, device type, pages visited, referrer). We do not collect data from minors and we do not request sensitive categories in the contact process.

3. Purposes of processing

We use the data to answer your enquiry, improve the site, produce aggregated navigation statistics and, only when you provide explicit consent, activate measurement or advertising tools. We never sell personal data to third parties.

4. Legal basis

The legal basis is your free and informed consent for form submissions and for non-essential cookies, together with the legitimate interest to operate the site and prevent misuse, all within the framework of Law 25,326 on Personal Data Protection and its implementing regulations.

5. Retention

Contact data is kept for 24 months from the last interaction, unless there is a legal obligation to keep it for longer. Technical records with truncated IP are kept for up to 12 months.

6. Recipients and providers

We may rely on providers of infrastructure, hosting, email delivery and analytics. We contract services that offer adequate security and confidentiality guarantees, and we sign data processing agreements when applicable. In certain cases there are international data transfers, always under standard contractual clauses or another valid mechanism.

7. Rights of data subjects

You have the right to access, rectify, update and delete your data, as well as to object to certain processing and to withdraw consent where applicable. You can exercise these rights by writing to privacidad@cevalunor.com. You can also file a complaint with the Argentine Access to Public Information Agency (AAIP).

8. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the data: encryption in transit (TLS 1.3), access controls, event logging, least privilege and periodic reviews. No system is infallible, so we also work with incident response plans.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect service improvements or regulatory changes. When we do, we indicate the update date at the top of the document and, if the change is material, we communicate it on the site.
